I look forward to seeing many Thursday folk tomorrow- although I understand that there may be clashes with other Christmas events- The course Medals have arrived.. these will be presented tomorrow or in the first week after the holiday (5-9 jan 2015)

I have been advised to take things a bit gently by the doc, so will be on the side/ come along and enjoy the last swim of 2014:) Parents feel free to get in and enjoy a splash With Your kids
