Every 4 years Trondheim Kommune renovates its property.. This year the shower areas are earmarked for this.
In order to prevent the pool from being closed – Trondheim Kommune has kindly worked with Trondheim Dolphins to find a solution.
Many thanks to Tone, Knut Inge, Merethe and Stian for agreeing to this as pool closure would have many negative consequences.

The plan is as follows
The work will take place in one shower area at a time.. work will be done in such a way as to not impact on lessons during the renovation period.
Phase 1- work will start in the Mens changingroom first..
ladies will continue to use their changing facilities as per today
MEN.. I ask as many as possible to shower their kids and themselves at home/ put on new set of clothes.. treat swimming as going to a birsdagfest type event:).. the men will have a dry changing area created at the shallow end of the pool.. there will only be 2 showers available for the men/kids during this phase
Phase 2- depending on how I feel things go.. we might then swap things over or keep the same solution when the ladies shower area is renovated

I have tried to get the message out as best I can at swimming.. I hope that everyone will agree that the swimming lesson / the show must go on:) FM
