I have finally finished setting up the classes and will be sending out emails tomorrow (Sunday 22nd December) I should be able to send most within the day but may need to continue into Monday if I do not get everything sent tomorrow-

In some cases folk will be offered their 2nd or Third Choice or an alternative day and time to consider.. In some cases (ca 5 %) I am not yet able to find an appropriate match but this may change before the term starts.
