Together with my friend Harald Svensen (Australian), we are starting a Junior Rugby Club for kids beginning this Sunday 8th Sept.

First meet up… Sunday 8.9.13 will be (Aim:1-2 times a month)

What?? we begin with Touch Rugby- this is non contact
Time?? 15.30
All welcome, kids (2nd class +) and adults. If the weather as good as it is forecasted.. then be great to BBQ after

What is RUGBY?

I reckon it is the best game in the world.. its is ALL INCLUSIVE, caters for all sizes and abilities- can be played for fun or very competitively both as TOUCH or RUGBY UNION  (contact)- teaches hand/ eye co-ordination, teamwork, fitness and love of being outdoors in all weather.

Played with a ball in hand- ball passed backwards but can be kicked forward. Initially played in the touch form(non contact).. this is also played at high level in girls and boys teams or mixed. There is also a full contact version that is also played up to international level by men and womens teams that is called RUGBY UNION.
